4. DEVICE LINKING

To enhance security, AgeWallet uses a random key identifier to create a secure link between your verification and mobile application. This helps ensure that only your verified device can access your issued verification token or age credential. We also use your device’s geo-location and IP address for compliance with location-based age restrictions and required verification methodology.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain only non-identifiable data required for compliance, system integrity, and auditing.

All personal or verification data handled by third-party processors is deleted in accordance with their respective data retention policies.
