AgeWallet™ End-User Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and AgeWallet™, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the AgeWallet™ mobile application, website, and associated services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading or using the AgeWallet™ mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
AgeWallet™ provides digital age verification, identity validation, and compliance tools used by online platforms and applications to confirm that users meet legal age or identity requirements.
AgeWallet™ operates as a verification service provider, not a social media platform, payment system, or content host. The Services allow you to complete a verification process through our mobile app, after which an encrypted verification token is issued that may be used to access third-party websites or applications that integrate AgeWallet™.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND APP ACCESS
The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use the Services, you must download and install the AgeWallet™ mobile application on a compatible device. The app uses a unique device ID to establish a secure, encrypted link between your verified status and your mobile device. This device link allows you to access verification-enabled websites or apps without storing any personally identifiable information on AgeWallet™ systems.
3. NO USER ACCOUNTS AND LIMITED DATA
AgeWallet™ does not require or maintain user accounts, usernames, or passwords.
We do not store or retain personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, date of birth, address, ID documents, or photos after verification is completed.
All verification data is processed in real time and immediately tokenized or anonymized. The verification result is represented as a non-identifiable token stored securely on your device and used solely to confirm your verification status when you access participating platforms.
4. PAYMENT INFORMATION
Some portions of the Services may require payment, such as one-time verification or renewal fees.
All payments are securely processed through our authorized payment processor, Segpay, Inc., which is solely responsible for the collection, processing, and storage of your payment information.
AgeWallet™ does not have access to or store any credit card or banking data.
Your use of Segpay’s services is subject to Segpay’s own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to review.
4.1 Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our Billing Department at .
If you believe you were erroneously charged, you may request a review and refund. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be approved only when a clear billing error is confirmed.
If your refund request is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith, AgeWallet™ reserves the right to deny the refund and permanently block your access to the Services.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed in accordance with our billing policies and within a reasonable timeframe.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to:
- Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Provide accurate and truthful information during the verification process;
- Not attempt to interfere with, manipulate, or circumvent the verification system or issued tokens; and
- Not use the Services for any fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited purpose.
We reserve the right to deny or revoke verification, or suspend your access to the Services, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
6. DATA PRIVACY AND SECURITY
We take privacy and security seriously.
AgeWallet™ is designed to operate with minimal data collection and zero long-term retention of personally identifying information.
Your device ID is used solely to associate your verification token with your mobile device for security purposes.
Any information temporarily processed during verification (such as identification data or images) is handled in accordance with strict security protocols and permanently deleted once the verification result is generated.

7. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS AND CLIENT CONTENT
When you use your AgeWallet™ verification token on third-party websites or applications (“Client Platforms”), those platforms are owned and operated by independent entities, not by AgeWallet™.
We do not control, endorse, monitor, or assume any responsibility for the content, materials, products, services, or practices of any Client Platform that integrates AgeWallet™ technology.
You acknowledge and agree that:
(a) AgeWallet™ is not responsible or liable for any content you encounter on such Client Platforms, including unlawful, harmful, or offensive material;
(b) Your use of any Client Platform is entirely at your own risk and subject to that platform’s own terms and policies; and
(c) You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgeWallet™, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from or related to your access to, use of, or interactions with any Client Platform or its content.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We strive to maintain continuous and reliable service. However, we do not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.
We are not liable for interruptions due to device issues, internet connectivity, third-party services, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, software, design, and trademarks associated with the Services are owned by or licensed to AgeWallet™ and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
10. DISCLAIMERS
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
AgeWallet™ makes no representations or warranties regarding verification accuracy, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation.
Verification results depend on information provided by you or third-party data sources, which we do not control or guarantee.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgeWallet™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, income, or opportunity, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
In no event shall AgeWallet’s total cumulative liability exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to use the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AgeWallet™, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or any unlawful activity conducted through your device.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
14. MODIFICATIONS
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.
The updated version will be posted on our website or within the mobile app, with the “Last Updated” date revised.
Continued use of the Services after such posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
