Accessibility statement

We want agewallet.com to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, magnify the screen, or rely on other assistive technology.

Conformance status

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

agewallet.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The pages we build meet the standard as tested. Some content on the site comes from third-party providers (listed below), and we can’t guarantee that it fully conforms.

How we test

  • Automated checks of every page with axe-core, against WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA rules.
  • Keyboard-only use of the main pages, including the menu, accordions, filters and forms.
  • Zoom and reflow: pages at 200% zoom and at 320 pixels wide, with no sideways scrolling.
  • Screen reader structure: headings, page landmarks, link text and image descriptions.

Automated tools only catch some problems, so we also review pages by hand and fix issues as we find them.

What’s built in

  • A “Skip to content” link at the top of every page.
  • A visible focus outline on links, buttons and form controls when you use a keyboard.
  • Text and controls that meet WCAG color contrast requirements.
  • Links in running text are underlined, so they don’t rely on color alone.
  • Animations are switched off when your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Pages work with browser zoom and larger text settings, and wide tables scroll inside their own area on small screens.

We don’t use an accessibility overlay or toolbar widget. We build accessibility into the site itself, and we recommend your browser’s or device’s own settings for text size, contrast and motion, which work on every website.

Known limitations and third-party content

  • Demo booking calendar and contact form on the Schedule Demo, Contact Us and Getting Started pages are embedded from our scheduling and forms provider. If you can’t use them, contact us by phone or email below and we’ll book a time or take your message for you.
  • Cookie consent banner is provided by a third party (CookieYes).
  • Links to other sites, such as YouTube, the app stores and WordPress.org, open content that those sites control.
